      Cons

      “Leadership” is horrible including their HR department. There’s no support for some management personnel at all. They hire and promote personal friends which creates favoritism and unfairness. There’s no development opportunities unless you are a personal friend with one of these people in charge, they gossip and keep and very toxic atmosphere. Big cliques culture, their “senior” managers/supervisors are repulsive. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
