Bad co-workers will never be let go; they may get written up, or quit, but never fired, despite their ineptitude and making your job twice as hard. No lunch break and hardly time for bathroom breaks. Upper management will tell you to take one, but there is no time some days. I left at year 15, due to some major personal upheaval, for 9 months and came back. When I was rehired, I was started back at the bottom: salary, vacation, everything; but my responsibilities did not.
