      Pros

      -Good pay and benefits if you are experienced. -Good job security because they can't keep people around at minimum wage.

      Cons

      -A person with 9 years experience and management experience is stuck as a clerk because they can't keep new hires on. -Expected to perform department lead duties and training with no promotion. -Expected to run around the store making up in areas as a result of bad hiring process. It is common for top level management to cashier and even be outside pushing carts. -Most of the Co-managers they hire are next to useless.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
