Pros

I just started, and for a part-time job, I'm getting 40 hours/week. Good group of hard workers on the night shift.

Cons

No holidays off or the option to pick which holidays to work. No holiday pay when you do work a holiday. Only had Christmas Eve off because they switch the schedule around. No benefits No overtime pay (no time and half over 40 hours). No support from management. No sense of urgency to hire. Don't care if you get sick or hurt. They complain when you call out sick. They complain if you don't come in on your scheduled day off.

Pros

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Cons

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
