1. Move to different accounts to experience different culture and work environment fit. 2. Good place to network.
Cons
1. Slow promotion process 2. No annual increment (but more responsibilities) 3. Lateral move only to different accounts. They will not open doors to secondment from Assoc Recruiter to a Recruiter level. If given the opportunity uplift or salary adjustments are impossible. Promotions are managed by US who has no visibility within the Australia market. 4. They know that their people are good, but they sure do not know how to keep them. It's always "my hands are tied".
