Great people on my team - the team lead made sure we had each others backs, no matter what.
Cons
While the higher ups say they value the blood, sweat, and tears you put into establishing an account and growing that account, they have no problems kicking you loose if the client wants to cut cost. Never think for a moment you are safe from layoffs either. No raises for 3 years, we were also told no promotions, bu later discovered several people on the account were promoted with less time and worse reviews.
