      Remote work, focus on Assessments and Coaching ,one on one, Great colleagues, super smart people, clients are the worlds best and most admired companies with good leaders wanting to be great and how to get better.

      Cons

      Economic headwinds make it hard to predict the work, Very client centric- so the plus and minus of that. Could do better with internal learning and development , access to others across the firm,

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
