      Pros

      Teams are great. Real people to work with. Good clients for the most part. Seems like managers care.

      Cons

      Managers are overworked and don't seem to have time for their teams. No real upward mobility. It's one thing to preach it, but you have to show it from the bottom up.

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
