      1. Knowledgable and smart work at the top management 2. Work Life Balance is much better as compared to other firms 3. Flexibility to take different kind of projects and work with multiple partners 4. Transparent and open communication mostly across levels 5. Minimal politics till mid management levels 6. Opportunity to work on projects across the global

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
