      - Senior Leadership are approachable and keen to collaborate - Opportunities to work across accounts, particularly with an emphasis on leverage popping up - Good infrastructure in place and an appetite to adapt with the evolving technology landscape - Thought leadership and a lot of cross selling across other lines of business - Interesting clients, both leaders and up-and-comers in their industry vertical

      Cons

      - limited pay increase - discretionary bonus parameters is somewhat opaque - path to promotion is inconsistent

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
