Pros
Remote work. That's it. No other reason to work here.
Cons
Korn Ferry needs a major adjustment to their moral compass. They lie to their employees and clients, and never reward their top performers with pay raises or promotions. They never increased salaries for cost of living adjustments during this absurd housing market. Their bonus structure is extremely vague and you're told it's "discretionary" which means they just see how much is leftover after their C-suite execs are paid as much as they want instead of paying you out for your exceptional efforts and what you truly earned. They lay off their top performers and best employees after lying to them about their "exciting new contract" they have waiting for them after their current contract ends. Their HR team is cold and heartless when delivering layoff messaging, which is sickening when you're absolutely blind-sighted as a top performer. They are over-involved with their RPO teams and add-on unnecessary meetings and additional stress for their team who has 60 hours of client work on their plate already. They don't understand how to manage RPO accounts and what their role actually is vs. the client.
