Being a small office there is a difficulty in changing to other positions. There is a 360 feedback program, however it is not very effective. Aside that, they have high quality staff, usually the best in their industry, valuable researches and a recognized brand. The firm is expanding out of the search business allowing it to offer more talent solutions to a broader network than just executive search.
