Pros
Good people to work with. Teammates are friendly and helpful for the most part.
Cons
No career growth. They talk about growing people but they don't do it. Senior Leadership have too much on their plate and they can't seem to get back to anyone in the field. When they do get back to you, it's weeks later and the problem you were deal with has already come and gone.
