      Great, talented people, a lot of cross departments collaboration. Reasonable benefits and compensation, good time-off policies.

      Cons

      No work/ life balance, people are not recognized for their above and beyond work.

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
