Pros

It's simple: the people. They are the best colleagues I've found yet, so it's too bad the system is set up so poorly. The mission is fantastic. It's easy to get behind making the business world a better place, but it's too bad the executive leadership cannot take their own medicine.

Cons

Senior leadership is unbelievably out of touch with the impact of their decisions on the humans that make up their HUMAN focused business. Weird. If they practiced a quarter of what they preach, it would make a world of difference in the company. I stopped reading the hypocritical emails sent out by the CEO. Structure: they have acquired a myriad of companies over the years, and failed to consolidate in a reasonable way. There is a lot of in-fighting over revenue. It's incredibly stressful, and you can kiss your personal life goodbye.

Pros

The client diversity across industries and regions is top notch. Great brand recognition. The marketing investments in Korn Ferry Tour and LA28 paid off. Smart people. Remote work is a plus as 75% people work remotely. No push for facetime in offices. Work from anywhere! Everyone knows of Korn Ferry!

Cons

A culture of long hours and interrupted vacations. Clear demarcation between haves(fee earners) and have nots (execution). High expectations with outdated systems, manual processes, inefficient. Low pay as there are no merits due to market/company performance. Hard to get food at the holiday party so stop at Five Guys prior.
