Pros

Happy hour office drinks once a month.

Cons

I left a really stable and well-paid job to join this company and was let go within 2 months due to Covid. I understand that there are financial implications of Covid but knowing that someone has left a job to join you and letting them go straight away is pretty abhorrent. I don't normally like leaving bad reviews but I feel I need to warn people of how awful this place truly is. Within two weeks of working here, I realised i'd made a terrible mistake and don't want anybody else to be in that position. My handover was non-existant. I was basically left to guess how the company worked and dragged over the hot coals if I got it wrong. Any time I asked my manager a question, I was made to feel an idiot who was wasting his time. I've worked in the industry for ten years and consider myself a confident person but i've never felt so low as working under this guy.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

The client diversity across industries and regions is top notch. Great brand recognition. The marketing investments in Korn Ferry Tour and LA28 paid off. Smart people. Remote work is a plus as 75% people work remotely. No push for facetime in offices. Work from anywhere! Everyone knows of Korn Ferry!

Cons

A culture of long hours and interrupted vacations. Clear demarcation between haves(fee earners) and have nots (execution). High expectations with outdated systems, manual processes, inefficient. Low pay as there are no merits due to market/company performance. Hard to get food at the holiday party so stop at Five Guys prior.
