Pros

-Brand name projects allow good visibility into Fortune 500 companies -Excellent work/life balance -Good benefits -Many very capable team members and supervisors -Communication from execs is currently in process of improving and they know there are some weaknesses -Resource allocation/assistance is available if you do not have enough support -FS is a salary + bonus vs. base + commission (though lower than some other large name recruiting firms) -Team environment with strong upper management support

Cons

-Question of job stability when certain projects are pulled -Still working on communication from execs (see above) -Outdated sourcing efforts for many projects - recruiters could be given more technology and resources -Very little consistency with Mid-level Management's (project leaders specifically) expectations. Some deliverables are given very clearly, however, with some Mid-Level Managers it's like pulling teeth to get information about the project in order to be successful.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

Cons

Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
