Lots of good people who want to do good work
Cons
Pay and more importantly, lack of pay transparency. They rarely give raises to your base pay if you are a fee earner and your "bonus" is actually commission off the billings tied to you. They do not share a bonus % and you jut have to hope year after year you that they will pay out. Base pay is laughable for this level of work.
