      Smart, educated, hardworking people who are specialists and do great work. Strong IP in assessments and competency models.

      Cons

      Management struggles to run the business well. When revenue fluctates, the default is layoffs rather than adjusting client pricing or building more variable compensation structures.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
