      Pros

      Has a lot of solutions if you are i retested in working in more than one area / discipline There are a lot of good people who are supportive of growth You can shape your own destiny in many cases (depending on where you sit in the business) Good benefits

      Cons

      Org structure is confusing and complicated, very matrixed which can be hard to navigate Processes are not clear - promotion, pay decisions. They don’t offer base salary i creases unless you are promoted Surprisingly has a lot of not great talent so you have to be selective in who you work with Work life balance is tricky - you have to be super disciplined and hold your boundaries otherwise people will take a lot of your time

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
