- learning opportunity - professional and pleasant work environment - great relationship with immediate coworkers and managers
Cons
- upper management does not always seem to be aligned with the workers needs - some sellers are not able to manage the client and pass on to the rest of the internal teams useless client pressures that create sometimes a chaotic enviroment and approach (that are not necessary)
