      Pros

      A lot of work stress Managers aren't supportive.

      Cons

      Not worth to join RPO model is complete hell People in RPO model are suffering with heavy work loads and ignorance of management. No salary hikes, no promotion, no job security. The senior leadership behaves like a slave and they expect their employees to be a slave.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Can feel like a small fish in a big pond with such a large company, hard to feel a sense of culture when working fully remote
