      Good bonuses, Christmas closure, beautiful head office on Baker St, everyone provided with good tech in order to do the role, nice fun atmosphere and lots of staff social events

      Cons

      Overworked. Far too admin-heavy, lots of double/triple entry, recording things on multiple software systems.
