They make it difficult as possible for women with young kids to work there. Such a shame as the exodus of female talent is disappointing, they could really be the leader in this area supporting outstanding talent by being a little flexible around WFH options but unless you are a PA this is very rarely an option. Don't believe the hype HR tell you.
