Pros
It's a decent good company to work for. One must be in the boss's good books in order to do well in the team. Company gives job security and has an organisation structure as well. Company gives free hand to work. Also pays transportation allowence9
Cons
Company does not have much mandate accounts like other competition companies hence if boss is not giving any accounts then one might end up doing very less revenue and may not earn incentives. One must be on boss's good books. Even though organisation structure exists, company doesn't care much about it. Salary and increment is so- so nothing great. Favourtism plays a huge role here. Team prefers to communicate only in local language about which the management doesn't care about, can be a problem for people who don't speak the local language and can feel left out in the team and the team doesn't care about it at all. Also a small office where getting a meeting room is a veryday challenge. Finally i cannot comment on this being a very good workplace option.
