There's a terrible work culture in the HR team at Knight Frank. It resembles more of a school clique system than a professional work place with 'catty' chat encouraged by Business Partners and Partners.
Unless you're willing to play ball and conform, it's not an easy place to work and you won't be respected or appreciated as an employee. If you want to pitch new ideas, try something different or don't want to participate in snide 'banter', then you are made to feel very much like an outsider.
Remuneration in the team isn't fair and bonuses are minimal considering the amount that 'fee-earners' are making. In reality, you can make a lot more elsewhere with a much better work culture.
