      Pros

      Top management is well structured , I guess they believe the entire operation is happening as per standard SOP. If they look into at regional levels, surely the culture will change.

      Cons

      Regional level, there are not at par with International or MMC standards. There is a big GAP between working culture and attitude when compare to International Project management.
