Pros

- The PR team is run well, staff are supported in their roles and work is interesting and varied. The team also get on very well and effort is put into ensuring people are the right fit for the team when recruited by the head of comms which makes for a nice working environment - Some senior commercial stakeholders were very supportive and encouraging of the work of the PR team - Socially it is a great place to work, there is always something going on which allows you to network within the company and get to know colleagues quickly - Roles allow you to get an overarching look at the property industry and give you experience of a number of different sectors - I look back on my time there and the people I worked with fondly - Management within the PR team are supportive and loyal to staff

Cons

- Business services staff can feel undervalued, both in terms of day to day attitude towards them and also the approach to their progression and benefits package - Business services staff are thought of as one department, particularly PR and Marketing, with not enough focus from fee earners on ensuring they understand the roles of different staff - Not enough women in senior roles outside of business services
