Pros
The site where i was posted to was a new developed building. I would call it a stepping stone place where i get to learn and grow during the period at the site. Service providers such as cleaners, security officers and technicians would help one another when there are major works being carried out on site.
Cons
The building is actually a mixed development building; retail and hotel. Most of the system are linked together. Hence, should there be any issue arises at the retail side, the hotel side will be affected. No technician provided on a 24 hours basis especially when it is a mixed development building.
