Pros
Nice office and colleagues. Depending on the team you are in, pace is rather slow with not too stringent standards. If you are looking for a place to cruise, this is it.
Cons
One-way street communication style between HQ and staff in Singapore. Unsurprisingly - working level staff from the UK have little knowledge of Asia. Company is constantly short-staffed - at least for the service lines that I worked the closest with. Very little urgency to replace headcount, leaving support staff overworked and demoralised.
