No thought for their staff! - Concierge Knight Frank Employee Review

Awful company to work for. All they care about is grabbing the clients money and they treat their employees like servants! When I worked for them as a concierge, I was made a glorified cleaner and treated like the 'hired help'!Quite frankly, I feel I was just there for the convenience of a manager to cover his holiday. One of the directors of the company was also a tenant! This means that they can construct any complaint about you and send it to themselves....a convenient way of being able to fire people!
