      - Lots of room to learn and test out new and leading tech - Fast and challenging, leveraging modern technology in fun and interesting ways

      Cons

      - Frequent company wide standard changes (with regards to tech) - Lot of communication required with multiple teams, made worse in some instances by time zones. This depends a lot of the scope of your project/team

      Cutthroat, very liberal value system company wide, very DEI focused. Pay is very low and the benefits are the main reason to stay.
