      Pros

      Adaptable as most tech trends are adopted quickly into the organization. It is a tech company with the majority of the employees being engineers. Lots of great people!

      Cons

      Follows tech trends rather than setting them. Which is of course a lot to ask for. Data infrastructure is not good.

      Flexible Work Life Balance after COVID Benefits are very good Parental leave is generous

      Cons

      Cutthroat, very liberal value system company wide, very DEI focused. Pay is very low and the benefits are the main reason to stay.
