Cons
The culture is really bad!!! If you questioning anything you will get fired meaning that managers are so afraid of sharing feedback to their managers. Employees are doing anything to show off which means that for exemple stealing other colleagues business case, presentations etc and put their own name on it isn't uncommon. Other companies believe in there employees but at Klarna all employees are just players which are not allowed to make any decisions. All decisions are taken by top mgmt and the burn out rate is huge. There is no chance for internal career. They rather recruit someone external than promoting internally. They tend to loose all experienced and talented employees since they realize that there is no future in this company. You can't invest your time and energy in a company if the culture is bad and no one is thankful. Because you won't hear any positive feedback at Klarna. The only time you get feedback is if you've done anything wrong. Sine the most important thing is to find and claim a "guilty person" aka blame game instead of focusing on how to avoid doing the same mistake again.
