Pros
I've been working at Klarna for a couple of years now and I'm as happy now as I was when I started. Klarna is a fast growing, ambitious and forward looking company with a great vision. Nothing is ever boring at Klarna. There are always new projects and all ideas of improvement are highly appreciated. The people is simply fantastic and everone is working towards the same goal which creates a great atmosphere.
Cons
Information is key and sometimes you have to make sure on your own that you have the information you need in order to do a great job.
