Pros
The company is very agile and you could end up working very close to CEO etc very early if you’re “lucky“, salaries are great and benefits too.
Cons
Very chaotic organization, branded as fast-paced but in reality it’s just a large startup (on some projects) which can lead to awful PR disasters, other teams though, are very organized, but as for a chaotic organization, this is team-dependent instead of being company-wide.
