Pros
-work/life balance due to being fully remote -management listens to your issues -decent pay -you can work from anywhere in the US -Linda is the BEST manager, she deserves all the praise
Cons
-management is too lenient -management can be sneaky, they recruit rats to spy on what you’re doing -coworkers sometimes act like your superior -if you have any good ideas, they’ll listen but don’t expect them to do anything with it -ppl don’t do their jobs because they think they’re superior to others, lol -if management doesn’t like you, they will make your day-to-day a living nightmare
