Leadership is easily some of the laziest and most privileged people I have ever had the misery to work under. They have unlimited PTO, abuse it beyond comprehension and they LOVE to make sure their responsibilities always flow downward when they are out of office as "an opportunity to grow" or "a way to get your feet wet." Promotions are always given to favorites and if you aren't in the leadership clique you may as well just quit because if they don't push you out with a PIP they will just never give you any projects and still complain you don't do enough.
