I will never send my kids to daycare after working here - Teacher KinderCare Learning Companies Employee Review

The directors don’t care about the kids well being. All they care about is making money. There was multiple Covid exposures in my classroom and they refused to shut it down because they didn’t want to refund the parents their money. My co workers were just as unhappy so it made the environment miserable. The director is oblivious to how much everyone hates working there. This place is poorly run and understaffed yet they keep enrolling new kids while refusing to hire new teachers.
