Lesson plans are pretty much done for you, but adding enhancements is all you really have to do, aside from implementing the plan! The curriculum is really great to work with and KC more than provides what you need! My center is awesome, I love my Director and Assistant director. After working in private child development centers that are personally owned and operated, I feel Corporate funded and run CDC'S and Early Learning Centers are the way to go! Lots of room for growth as well. KC also pays for your CDA credential! Very awesome place to work!
