Pros
It is a good place to work and they make you feel like you are part of their family. Teaching and getting to see the kids everyday is very rewarding. Consistent schedule that works for my family at home.
Cons
You don't get vacation time until you have worked for the company for a year. There is a lot of under qualified teachers which makes moving classes around at the end of the day challenging.
