Health benefits are awful and unaffordable to 90% of the employees. Top heavy Money focused at all times with a small amount of time supporting many other parts of the business. Very “cult like” in upper leadership and Extreme fear based leadership Most all managers come from retail backgrounds and are not knowledgeable about education or child development so there is a large disconnect among the company.
