      Pros

      If desired, you can get your associates to become a lead teacher through them, fully paid. They use ADP, and you can collect vacation. You at least get major holidays off (not eves), and no weekends.

      Cons

      Every location is different, and pretty much everything else is based on that director. If it's chaos, it's due to management. The pay is horrible! Depending on how well staffed, which is often now well at all, you may end up working very long shifts.

      Pros

      I loved my coworkers. Many became lifelong friends. The children and families we worked with were wonderful.

      Cons

      The company tried to keep labor costs down which meant rooms were at capacity most of the time with the least amount of staff possible.
