      Teaching at kindercare is one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. I’ve worked at other child care centers before and nothing compares to this place. It’s amazing.

      Pros

      I can honestly say that the circle of people I have found myself with has allowed me to grow in ways I never thought I would be possible. I am a leader and I attribute that to the leadership that put me there.

      It is a lot of different things to manage. It can be a lot of pressure.

      Staffing is so hard. Teachers take off randomly, come in late, don’t show up. Long hours Child behaviors can be challenging
