Pros
This is the perfect place to make a positive impact on children. All of the schools I have worked at are welcoming and have a great environment, the staff are great. Most of my fellow employees are great people, professionally and personally. I am blessed to work with the kids at my site. The program is so proactive and comprehensive the children love it. I have worked with some passionate and kind women at this company, people that are very inspiring to me.
Cons
Lots of bureaucracy, management never seems to understand the problems of working on site. No real evaluation or vetting system to make sure the people taking care of the children are qualified or should be even allowed to care for children. I have both worked with a heard of people who are snappy, rude, and impatient with children, but there never seems to be any accountability for them.
