Cons
Too many to list. I was only working for 2 months before they fired me. Before you judge let me tell you my side. When I wasn’t interviewed I was suppose to be a floater/assistant teacher. I was hired with only a gymnastics coach experience. The age group I was in was 4-5 year olds. I only had 3 days of training before they threw me in. Little did I know that they had me become a teacher. Like no assistance at all. I was thrown into it with out much knowledge of what to do. I begged for help to many times to count and maybe once in a blue moon someone did. After awhile I ended up begging for my original title. I asked if someone could come in and be a teacher so I could assist. They said no because they use all of the hours they could give. I asked if I could move to a different classroom and they said no. So I was stuck. I pushed through but the kids kept walking all over me. The pulled me out during the middle of teaching and they fired me. It wasn’t anything I did specifically but it’s because the parents were concerned that the kids were to rowdy for me. Which I’m not gonna lie is true. They didn’t give me a warning or a write up like it wasn’t anything I was doing wrong. They set me up to fail and I have a family to support. They let me and those kids down. I Not mad or disappointed at corporate only management is to blame.
