Pros

Offers food almost everyday and the curriculum is super organized. Weekends off and amazing benefits

Cons

Too many to list. I was only working for 2 months before they fired me. Before you judge let me tell you my side. When I wasn’t interviewed I was suppose to be a floater/assistant teacher. I was hired with only a gymnastics coach experience. The age group I was in was 4-5 year olds. I only had 3 days of training before they threw me in. Little did I know that they had me become a teacher. Like no assistance at all. I was thrown into it with out much knowledge of what to do. I begged for help to many times to count and maybe once in a blue moon someone did. After awhile I ended up begging for my original title. I asked if someone could come in and be a teacher so I could assist. They said no because they use all of the hours they could give. I asked if I could move to a different classroom and they said no. So I was stuck. I pushed through but the kids kept walking all over me. The pulled me out during the middle of teaching and they fired me. It wasn’t anything I did specifically but it’s because the parents were concerned that the kids were to rowdy for me. Which I’m not gonna lie is true. They didn’t give me a warning or a write up like it wasn’t anything I was doing wrong. They set me up to fail and I have a family to support. They let me and those kids down. I Not mad or disappointed at corporate only management is to blame.

Pros

The obvious pro here is working with children. However stressful, frustrating, or overwhelming the job is, the little ones always leave you with something to redeem the day. Other than that, I have a handful of people in my building that are dedicated educators and team players, and I can bring my child to the same building where I work.

Cons

The majority of the staff is like a high school drama TV show. There is no support provided from corporate to train us on challenging behaviors or when extreme circumstances arise. The pay and benefits are a joke, the paid time off is a joke, you're basically just the butt of one big joke when you work here.
