Your sanity is at stake - Center Director KinderCare Learning Centers Employee Review

It's always about turning a profit - not about the children or the teachers or the families. It boils down to numbers and that's all. Management has no sense of proper training, so no one knows what they are doing. As a Center Director, I was given a month of watching other people do a job them left alone with zero support until I failed. Policies are impossible, and when they are broken (they are every day) it violates state law as well, and is NOT reported. My own center should have been shut down long ago, but management finds some way to skirt the system. It's disgusting. And the support to correct the mistakes? None existent.
