Dependable Good Continuing Education Programs Promotes Checks and Balances within management and employees Normally Promotes from within the company Has mandated STARS hours for all employees during paid company time Supportive Senior Management
Cons
Childcare discount is only 50% and infant discount is only 50% after staff has been there a year. Directors have so much paperwork they spend more time on paperwork than being supportive to staff. Curriculum is outdated & doesn't leave much to creative curriculum by teachers. Not supportive with difficult children - tends to side with children over teachers not offering the correct support needed to the teacher who is on the "front lines" with the children.
