      One of the biggest ones is that management at this particular center is very insecure thus resulting in conflict between teachers, co-workers, etc. Jealousy and excessive passiveness is a big problem, if you are at KLC and you do not go along with what he or she wants said, done, or any insight you may have that you feel would make the place better to work for it is only a matter of time before you are out of there.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
