Decent pay (although then a con as you are priced out of the market if you want to leave)
Cons
Business Services directors are too busy trying to undermine each other that the goal rarely gets achieved in the time it should or on budget. Support staff are treated unfairly to fee staff such as certain ‘firm wide’ policies not accessible to support staff - wfh. In most support teams you only get promoted if you are a ‘yes’ person and so disregard core values by trampling over others (probably learnt from your director). Managing partner has no idea what goes on in support teams and how staff are treated as directors talk a good talk. Overtime rarely paid even though in contract (unless you are in finance and you can make double your salary this way).
